This hotel was a great find for our stay in Casantino Valley. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the valley. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved waking up to a lovely view of the castle. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the breakfast included was delightful.

No downsides at all, everything was perfect during our stay.

Nicely situated on top of a hill with a fantastic view over to Poppi. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good food in the restaurant at the hotel with a beatiful outside dining area.

Make sure you get the correct room as they gave us a room in another category we than the one we had paid for (we had booked a big room with sitting area in the annexe opposite the hotel). Some noise until around midnight from the outside dining area.

Support speaks English poorly, and is distracted. They forgot to give us id cards. Promised to send to the next hotel where we had to spend one night / we were traveling through Tuscany /. instead send an express consignment sent by regular mail. We returned to the country without documents. Watch out for service!!!:)

This hotel in the Casantino Valley exceeded our expectations. The value for money was fantastic, especially considering the beautiful views of the valley and castle from our room. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met. The breakfast, with its lovely view, was a great way to start each day.

The upgrade to a superior room was only 20 euros extra and was well worth it! Also, they had some dvd's to borrow and watch in the room. The room was very modern and the restaurant was fabulous!

I loved staying at this hotel! The views from my room were breathtaking and the staff was amazing. They were so helpful and friendly throughout my whole stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with comfortable beds and great facilities. Additionally, parking was smooth and hassle-free, making my stay even more enjoyable.

the place and the staff. The room we´ve choosen was not very good but we´ve changed and the other one was marvelous.The restaurant is very good. Not very expensive and a good choise of foods. The breakfast for us it wans´t very good because the italians love too much sueet. We don´t like. It´s a custon and no mistake of them.

Secondly, the location on the valley offers breathtaking views, especially from the rooms with a castle view. Lastly, the staff provides excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities are covered. The breakfast, served with a lovely view, is a perfect way to start the day.

The view from the hotel is amazing and the parking is ample, which is great if you're driving. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The restaurant is nice and the food is of good quality.

The hotel is quite isolated with no other restaurants or businesses nearby, which means if you want to do something you have to drive there. The Wi-Fi is almost non-existent.

The hotel offered a perfect location for exploring the beautiful Casentino Valley. We enjoyed the outstanding view of the castle from our superior room. the restaurant served very good food including one of the best pizzas we have ever had.
